Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, the Missouri Non-Hispanic White alone male population was 2,389,154; and represented 80.14% of the total Missouri male population in 2015.

St. Louis County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic White alone male population (323,643), followed by Jackson County (210,681), and St. Charles County (165,942).

On the other hand, Worth County had the lowest Non-Hispanic White alone male population (963), followed by Mercer County (1,754), and Knox County (1,877).
