Cuyahoga County had the highest number of Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (164,835), followed by Franklin County (155,693), and Hamilton County (100,152).

On the other hand, Vinton County had the lowest Non-Hispanic Black or African American alone male population (38), followed by Monroe County (65), and Wyandot County (70).
