Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2021, the North Carolina Hispanic White alone male population was 478,692; and represented 9.26% of the total North Carolina male population in 2021.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (70,431), followed by Wake County (52,395), and Forsyth County (21,606).

On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (78), followed by Graham County (82), and Tyrrell County (104).
