Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, the North Carolina Hispanic White alone male population was 358,912; and represented 7.69% of the total North Carolina male population in 2010.

Mecklenburg County had the highest number of Hispanic White alone male population (49,140), followed by Wake County (37,618), and Forsyth County (17,012).

On the other hand, Gates County had the lowest Hispanic White alone male population (73), followed by Graham County (81), and Tyrrell County (88).
