Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone female population in Michigan was 169,300 and represented 3.34% of the total Michigan female population (5,068,797).

Among Michigan counties, Oakland County had the highest Asian Alone female population (49,385), followed by Wayne County (31,446), and Macomb County (18,710).
