Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, the Asian Alone female population in Michigan was 160,605 and represented 3.18% of the total Michigan female population (5,055,467).

Among Michigan counties, Oakland County had the highest Asian Alone female population (46,083), followed by Wayne County (30,020), and Macomb County (17,179).
