Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, the Asian Alone male population in Minnesota was 141,713 and represented 5.07% of the total Minnesota male population (2,793,439).

Among Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest Asian Alone male population (47,279), followed by Ramsey County (42,002), and Dakota County (10,553).
