Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, the Asian Alone male population in Minnesota was 120,103 and represented 4.46% of the total Minnesota male population (2,690,446).

Among Minnesota counties, Hennepin County had the highest Asian Alone male population (41,081), followed by Ramsey County (35,423), and Dakota County (8,891).
