According to the FBI UCR data, in 2020, there were 9,519 adult arrests made in the US for vagrancy offenses.

By Race: The highest number of those arrested were identified as White (6.26K), followed by Black or African American (2.73K), and American Indian or Alaska Native (393).

By Ethnicity: Ethnicity information was reported for 8,708 (91%) of those arrested. Among those for whom ethnicity was reported, the highest number were identified as Not Hispanic or Latino (7.13K), followed by Hispanic or Latino (1.58K).
