At 10:10 am while performing a Category III humane handling task for water and feed, I observed the following noncompliance. Two of the four beef unloaded at 8:25 am were being held without access to water. I notified plant employees and a water tub was promptly provided. I notified Plant Owner REDACTED of the noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e).
