At approximately 7:30am an establishment employee presented IPP with a pen card for 7 pigs ready for anti-mortem inspection, while preforming anti-mortem inspection in the pens I observed the following noncompliance. Pens 5 & 6 contained 3 pigs with no access to water, I immediately informed establishment employees that the animals need to have access to water, the establishment employees immediately watered the animals. I informed management of the situation and that I would be documenting the noncompliance. This is a noncompliance with 9 CFR 313.2(e)
