Loss of Drive Power from Incorrect Fasteners in Motor Controller

Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2023 DSR/X motorcycles. The motor controller may have been built with incorrect fasteners, causing higher resistance at the busbar joint and a loss of drive power.

Corrective Action:
Dealers will replace the controller, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 19, 2026. Owners may contact Zero customer service at 1-888-841-8085. Damaged Brake Hose May Leak

Zero Motorcycles Inc. (Zero) is recalling certain 2024 DSR/X, DS, DSR, and DSRP motorcycles. The front brake hose may be twisted and become damaged, which can cause a brake fluid leak and a loss of brake pressure.
