A seat with loose bolts may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.

A tailgate that suddenly drops can hit a person, increasing the risk of injury.

Owners are advised not to use the POT function until the repair is completed. Dealers will replace both POT drive units. Owner letters were mailed November 24, 2025. A short circuit in a high-voltage battery increases the risk of a fire.

Owners are advised not to charge their vehicles until the remedy has been completed. Dealers will inspect and replace the high-voltage battery module as necessary. Windows that detach can create a road hazard and increase the risk of a crash or injury. In addition, the front windshield may not properly support a passenger air bag deployment, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.
