ON THE INVOLVED VEHICLES, A SUBSTANDARD WELD MAY EXIST IN THE AREA WHICH JOINS THE INNER AND OUTER WHEEL RIM TOGETHER. IF THE WELD WERE TO FAIL DURING RE-INFLATION OF THE TIRE, THE RIM HALVES COULD SEPARATE.
