THE REAR DOOR FAILED THE FMVSS 217 MAGNITUDE OF FORCE TEST. THE REAR DOOR RELEASE MECHANISM REQUIRES 35 POUNDS OF FORCE TO OPERATE. HOWEVER, THERE IS MORE UNOBSTRUCTED EXIT AREA THAN REQUIRED BY THE FMVSS, THEREFORE, THE REAR DOOR DOES NOT NEED TO BE LABELED AS AN EMERGENCY EXIT.
