Missing Conspicuity Tape/FMVSS 108

M H Eby is recalling certain 2020-2022 EBY Generation trailers. The top rear corners are missing the white conspicuity tape. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, "Lamp, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment."

Missing white conspicuity tape reduces the vehicle's visibility to other drivers, increasing the risk of a crash.

Corrective Action:
