WHEN THE SPINDLE FALLS OFF, THE TRAILER FALLS TO THE ROAD AND THE WHEEL COULD GO INTO TRAFFIC.

Corrective Action:

OWNERS WILL BE SENT REPAIR KITS AND INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR REINFORCING THE SPINDLE ATTACHMENT TO THE AXLE TUBE.
