FAILURE OF FRONT MOUNTING BOLTS COULD RESULT IN BODYLIFTING OFF FRAME, HOIST FRAME TWISTING AND POSSIBLE PROPERTY DAMAGE.

Corrective Action:

REPLACE BOLTS WITH BOLTS OF IMPROVED QUALITY AND USE ATTACHING HARDWARE TO PREVENT FAILURE.
