WITH THE DECREASED STRENGTH IN THE PINTLE HOOK HORN ITCOULD ALLOW SEPARATION OF THE TRACTOR AND TRAILER.
Corrective Action:
THE PINTLE HOOK WILL BE REPLACED WITH A NEW PROPERLY HEAT TREATED AND CORRECT MATERIAL.
