VEHICLE DESCRIPTION: BUMPER-PULL HORSE TRAILERS. THE SAFETY CABLES, USED TO MAINTAIN A CONNECTION BETWEEN THE TRAILER AND TOW VEHICLE, ARE NOT EQUIPPED WITH THIMBLES AND THUS DO NOT CONFORM TO SAE J684.
