THE INVOLVED TIRES FAILED TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 119, "NEW PNEUMATIC TIRES FOR VEHICLES OTHER THAN PASSENGER CARS", DUE TO SEPARATION IN THE SHOULDER AREA. THIS CONDITION WILL RESULT IN VIBRATION AND SUDDEN LOSS OF AIR FROM TIRE.
