EQUIPMENT DESCRIPTION: TAIL LIGHTS USED ON BUSES. THE BULB HAS REVERSED FILAMENT CONTACTS, CAUSING THE LIGHTS TO DIM RATHER THAN BRIGHTEN WHEN THE BRAKES ARE APPLIED.
