TIRES ARE SUBJECT TO PROBLEMS IN SHOULDER AREA DUE TO INSUFFICIENT TREAD TO CARCASS ADHESION WHEN SUBJECT TIRE WAS LOADED OVER THE MAXIMUM CARRYING CAPACITY FOR THE INFLATION PRESSURE UTILIZED.
