COSCO WILL PROVIDE A RETOFIT KIT TO OWNERS OF THESE SEATS WHICH WILL INCLUDE AN EASY-TO-INSTALL METAL PLATE THAT HOOKS OVER THE BASE OF THE SEAT AND IS SECURELY SNAPPED IN PLACE BY TWO PLASTIC FASTENERS.
