Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all US states and DC, Maine had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as Non-Hispanic White (93.68%), followed by Vermont (93.34%), and West Virginia (92.46%).

On the other hand, Hawaii had the lowest percentage of its population who identified as Non-Hispanic White (22.28%), followed by District of Columbia (36.13%), and New Mexico (38.14%).
