Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, the Population for the United States was 311.58M. Among all US states and DC, California had the highest population (37.64M), followed by Texas (25.65M), and New York (19.50M).

On the other hand, Wyoming had the lowest population (567.49K) followed by District of Columbia (620.29K), and Vermont (627.20K).
