Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all US counties, Bronx, NY had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (15.05%), followed by Stewart, GA (6.25%), and Passaic, NJ (5.46%).
