Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all US counties, San Joaquin, CA had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Asian (1.52%), followed by Kauai, HI (1.36%), and Aleutians West, AK (1.24%).
