Ranking of Washington Counties By Percentage of Population that are Non-Hispanic White in 2020

Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2020, among all Washington counties, Lincoln County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (90.29%), followed by Asotin County (89.6%), and Pend Oreille County (88.74%).
