Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Massachusetts counties, Franklin County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic White (90.42%), followed by Barnstable County (89.81%), and Berkshire County (87.96%).
