Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2018, among all Oregon counties, Multnomah County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (5.54%), followed by Washington County (2.12%), and Malheur County (1.27%).
