Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all Kentucky counties, Fulton County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Black or African American (23.63%), followed by Jefferson County (21.18%), and Christian County (20.6%).
