Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2012, among all Pennsylvania counties, Montgomery County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (6.96%), followed by Philadelphia County (6.69%), and Centre County (5.54%).
