Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic Asian (3.91%), followed by Plaquemines Parish (3.4%), and East Baton Rouge Parish (2.94%).
