Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Washington counties, Ferry County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (16.16%), followed by Okanogan County (10.47%), and Stevens County (5.23%).
