Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2016, among all South Carolina counties, Marlboro County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (4.47%), followed by Dillon County (2.58%), and Colleton County (0.77%).
