Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all Oklahoma counties, Adair County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (42.33%), followed by Cherokee County (34.37%), and Delaware County (23.19%).
