Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2010, among all North Dakota counties, Sioux County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (82.43%), followed by Rolette County (76.71%), and Benson County (54.64%).
