Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all California counties, Alpine County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Non-Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (18.21%), followed by Inyo County (10.32%), and Del Norte County (6.9%).
