Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Pennsylvania counties, Lehigh County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic or Latino (19.81%), followed by Berks County (17.06%), and Monroe County (13.63%).
