Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2011, among all Oklahoma counties, Comanche County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (1.15%), followed by Tillman County (0.99%), and Jackson County (0.78%).
