Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all Ohio counties, Lorain County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (0.96%), followed by Mahoning County (0.84%), and Cuyahoga County (0.78%).
