Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2013, among all Alaska counties, Anchorage Borough had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic Black or African American (0.63%), followed by Fairbanks North Star Borough (0.49%), and Aleutians West Borough (0.45%).
