Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2023, among all Oregon counties, Jefferson County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (4.24%), followed by Marion County (1.89%), and Morrow County (1.62%).
