Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2015, among all South Carolina counties, Marlboro County had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (4.74%), followed by Dillon County (2.86%), and Saluda County (1.4%).
