Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2014, among all Louisiana counties, Sabine Parish had the highest percentage of its population who identified their race as American Indian and Alaska Native Alone (9.06%), followed by Terrebonne Parish (5.84%), and Lafourche Parish (2.94%).
