Based on the US Census Vintage data estimates, in 2017, among all California counties, Los Angeles County had the highest number of people who identified their ethnicity as Hispanic American Indian and Alaska Native (127.20K), followed by San Bernardino County (36.23K), and Riverside County (34.74K).
