Jasper County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (57.81), followed by Horry County (40.19), and Edgefield County (31.92). On the other hand, Marlboro County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-3.74), followed by Dillon County (-1.12), and Bamberg County (-0.7).
