According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2024, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Maryland was 5.54. Queen Anne's County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (18.86), followed by Frederick County (14.57), and Charles County (12). On the other hand, Calvert County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-0.36), followed by Baltimore city (0.42), and Anne Arundel County (0.69).
