According to the US Census Bureau estimates, in 2023, the net migration rate per 1,000 population for Arizona was 11.85. Pinal County had the highest net migration rate per 1,000 population (41.17), followed by La Paz County (27.27), and Yuma County (23.11). On the other hand, Apache County had the lowest net migration rate per 1,000 population (-2.34), followed by Cochise County (-1.95), and Coconino County (2.33).
